Not only do we offer a host of products that add to your bottom line without any work required from our agent Partners but we also offer a host of free services. These all eliminate the hassle of some seriously tedious tasks but importantly also free up time for your team to do other things.

COUNCIL TAX NOTIFICATION

Using the tenant details you send us before the tenant moves in we have integrated with every council across the UK so that we can automatically send them a notification that your old tenant is moving out and your new tenant is moving in. This way both parties are assured of receiving a correct bill and if there is a void period your landlord is only charged for the correct period as well.

You can also track notifications on our new Agent Platform so if you’re ever concerned that a notification hasn’t taken place or need to evidence it, the data is available to you on your dashboard anytime.

WATER UTILITY NOTIFICATION

If you choose our Void product then most of the time the supplier will be our preferred supplier so we don’t need to notify them but if you’ve only chosen our Opt-In product or when a property can’t be switched on the odd occasion then we always notify the incumbent supplier including providing meter reads. This way both the outgoing and incoming tenants are assured of receiving a correct bill and if there is a void period your landlord is only charged for the correct period as well.

TENANT REFERENCING

We know you’re likely thinking about how to manage the upcoming tenant fee ban so we thought we’d make it easier by offering our tenant referencing service for free. No charge to you, your landlord or your tenant. Ever.

With the average agent spending around £12 per full reference and with 1.5 references per let property you’re looking at £18 per let property. A typical agent that lets 500 properties will save £9,000 every year. That equates to roughly £100,000 of revenue you’d have to  generate each year. Not bad.

Of course if you want to charge your landlord or tenant you’re free to do so with our Agent Platform automating the entire process including payment. Most importantly we still ensure that a full reference is completed with Rent Guarantee Insurance available as a source of revenue as well.
