Our clients are primarily Letting Agents who require Referencing of tenants as a standard industry practice. Ittria’s Letting Agent Platform is designed to provides agents services throughout the Change of Tenancy process, including credit checks and full referencing, as well as utilities switching and notification services for their tenants.

In order to take the guesswork out monthly income from commissions, we launched the Profit Guarantee program which calculates your specific level of income based on your properties under management. Agents continue to provide us with their void and check in data however payments are the same monthly, based on averages rather than transactions. As you grow, your income stream grows!

Consumer rights allow a 14-day cooling off period, from the date of order to cancel, with no fees involved.

Our free notifications service provides tenants with Gas, Electric and Water meter details and/or changes when they have left a property and includes providing notice to council tax offices at the tenants new location.
